We have lived at the Cliffs for almost 2 years now and our overall experience has been nothing but positive and delightful. It is a quiet community and the entire staff along with the maintenance team are a great group. All our needs and requests are always promptly addressed and even follow-up to ensure satisfaction. The Cliffs are pretty personable too, there are always residents walking around the complex and stopping to chat with other, the management will often stop and have a chat as well.
Overall a very nice place to live.

The neighbors look out for one another, the grounds are well maintained and anytime I have a maintenance request it’s always done quickly. The Cliffs on Whitby is a quiet and comfortable place to live. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The best thing about the apartments is that they’re single story which means I don’t have to worry about neighbors above or below. We just re-signed our lease because we have been so pleased living here.
